UnCruise Adventures is seeking a Chief Mate to supervise the deck crew and support piloting, navigation, safety, and guest services on expedition itineraries in Alaska. You will report to the Master and coordinate dock operations, training, and watch duties while maintaining high standards of safety and guest experience.
The role requires extensive sea time on passenger vessels, strong crisis and time management skills, and proficiency with voyage planning and navigational calculations.
