Warehouse Freeze Associate

Northern Sales Company, a trusted leader in distribution for over 60 years, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Freeze Associate to join our team in Juneau, AK. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment in a cold storage environment. • Operate an order picker forklift to accurately pull customer orders in a freezer warehouse environment (-10°F).
• Assist with replenishing warehouse stock and sorting customer orders for next-day delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged merchandise to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
• Adapt to changing priorities and complete tasks as needed to meet daily deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts and working in warehouse distribution preferred; willingness to learn is welcome.
• Familiarity with forklift safety rules and guidelines, or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to work in a freezer environment (-10°F) for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to demonstrate sound judgment and consistent performance.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

$18.00 per hour
