Accounts Payable Specialist (Direct Hire)

Location:

North Palm Beach, FL Pride Staff is seeking an experienced, hands-on Accounts Payable Specialist on behalf of a rapidly growing client in North Palm Beach. This is a temporary position with strong potential to transition to permanent for the right candidate. You will work closely with the Senior Accountant to take over daily A/P functions and cross-train with supervisor.

Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle A/P:
Manage all accounts payable tasks, large and small, in a high-volume environment. PO Matching:
Match invoices to receiving documents and purchase orders with high accuracy. Systems & Data:
Maintain financial data in Quick Books Desktop and assist as the company transitions to Net Suite by the end of 2026. Year-End Support:
Assist with 1099 preparation and issuance as needed. Qualifications

Experience:

5–10 years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume setting. Software:
Proficiency in Quick Books Desktop required; experience with Net Suite is a strong plus. Excel

Skills:

Strong, proven Microsoft Excel skills are essential

Skills:

Solid understanding of 3-way matching (Invoice, PO, Receiving Documents) and 1099 processes. Availability:
