About the Business You'll Support
- is a specialized business within the Site One family, focused exclusively on porcelain pavers and premium hardscape solutions. Known for deep product expertise, installation training, and contractor education,  plays a strategic role in Site One's continued growth in the hardscape category.

This role will work closely with the  team while leveraging the scale, resources, and support of Site One-offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a focused, high-growth business backed by a national leader.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the daily operations of the accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle Net Suite or similar platforms, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

* Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation.

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.

* Prepare and issue invoices to clients. Receive and review vendor bills and prepare checks or payments for processing.

* Support management during the monthly accounting close process.

* Maintain accurate, well-organized financial records and documentation.

* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal company policies, procedures, and regulations.

* Provide administrative and operational support to the accounting and finance team as needed.

Skills We Are Seeking

* Technical degree or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role.

* Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems (Net Suite experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

* Effective written and verbal communication skills.

* Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
