Job Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors and enforce schedule milestones
• Maintain strict quality control and safety compliance
• Interface with project management and developer reps
• Drive site execution in line with established SOPs

The Successful Applicant

• 8+ years of superintendent or senior field leadership experience
• Proven delivery of ground-up residential or complex builds
• Strong trade coordination and leadership presence
• Comfortable operating within structured processes and SOPs

What's on Offer

• $130,000-$140,000 base salary
• Bonus typically ~10%
