POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for leading efforts in providing information and services to all customers regarding traffic violations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review traffic violations
  • Process payments
  • Maintain knowledge of customer rules and regulations
  • Ensure work complies with local rules
  • Provide comprehensive resolution to customer inquiries

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Besides routine processing duties, Customer Service Specialists will:

  • Monitor service request workflow (Fresh Desk Tickets)
  • Assist with backlog and incoming requests
  • Create and maintain Knowledge Management Materials (Training Documents, SOPs, etc.)

Further duties include:

  • Assist with special projects
  • Review transactions for accuracy, correct errors, escalate issues
  • Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrate professionalism and high business ethics

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Willing to learn proprietary software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Location:

    Jupiter, Florida
  • Soft skills:

    personal effectiveness, problem solving, strategic thinking
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Legal work eligibility in the U.S.

DESIRED

SKILLS:

  • Degree-level education
  • Experience with Zendesk
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems
