Mint Eco Car Wash is hiring Sales / Customer Service Specialists, or, as we call them, "Concierges." Our Concierge Teams are comprised of five to six members who are the primary interface with our Customers.

Key Concierge Responsibilities:

• Buy into our Culture.

• Customer Interaction:
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service recommendations.

• Sales Management:
Greet customers, assess vehicles, and provide expert consultative services.

• Transaction Processing:
Process sales transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash management.

• Outdoor Activity:
Remain active and engaged while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Customer Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Team Coordination:
Collaborate effectively with team members and management to maintain smooth operations.
