Laryngologist

ENT Specialists, an Elevate ENT Partners group located in Palm Beach County, Florida, is seeking a dedicated BE/BC Laryngologist to join their long-established, academically affiliated private practice. In this role, you will focus on voice, swallowing, and airway disorders while helping shape the selection and acquisition of new Laryngology equipment. Practice out of a newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility with modern equipment alongside a collaborative team of experienced subspecialists.

Practice Info

• Located in Palm Beach County, Florida in a long-established, academically affiliated private practice
• Group of six Fellowship Trained Otolaryngologists, one Comprehensive Otolaryngologist and two Physician Assistants who provide subspecialty care
• Practice in a newly constructed state-of-the-art facility with modern equipment including an in-office CT scanner, a procedure room, a separate microscope room, two advanced audiology booths, and an affiliated outpatient surgery center
• Includes a specialized outpatient surgery center for children and adults conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the Boynton Beach office

Responsibilities

• Develop a full scope Laryngology practice with a built-in referral pattern
• Help guide decisions regarding the selection and acquisition of new Laryngology equipment

Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary, plus uncapped production-based earning potential during the defined timeline leading to Senior Physician Partner
