ENT Specialists, an Elevate ENT Partners group, is seeking a Fellowship Trained Neurotologist and Lateral Skull Base Surgeon to join their long-established, academically affiliated private practice in Palm Beach County, Florida. The incoming physician will provide subspecialty otologic care to a significant pediatric and adult patient population within a newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility. This role offers a built-in referral pattern, partnership-track opportunities, and the chance to guide the selection and acquisition of new neurotology-dedicated equipment.
Practice Info
- Long-established, academically affiliated private practice
- Group consists of 6 Fellowship Trained Otolaryngologists, 1 Comprehensive Otolaryngologist, and 2 Physician Assistants
- Newly constructed state-of-the-art facility featuring an in-office CT scanner, a procedure room, a separate microscope room, 2 advanced audiology booths, and an affiliated outpatient surgery center
- Office locations in Boynton Beach and Jupiter
- Specialized Outpatient Surgery Center for children and adults conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the Boynton Beach office
Responsibilities
- Provide subspecialty otologic care to a significant pediatric and adult population
- Develop a full scope of practice with a built-in referral pattern
- Help guide decisions regarding the selection and acquisition of new Neurotology dedicated equipment
Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary, plus uncapped production-based earning potential during the defined timeline leading to Senior Physician Partner

- PGY-5 Otolaryngology Residents entering a Neurotology Fellowship are encouraged to apply
