ENT Specialists, an Elevate ENT Partners group located in Palm Beach County, Florida, is seeking a Fellowship Trained Neurotologist and Lateral Skull Base Surgeon to join their long-established, academically affiliated private practice. The incoming physician will practice in a newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility with modern equipment and a built-in referral pattern. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide subspecialty care to a diverse pediatric and adult population in an upscale coastal community.

Practice Info
- Academically affiliated private practice
- Practice consists of 6 Fellowship Trained Otolaryngologists, 1 Comprehensive Otolaryngologist, and 2 Physician Assistants
- Newly constructed state-of-the-art facility with an in-office CT scanner, procedure room, microscope room, and 2 advanced audiology booths
- Office locations include Boynton Beach and Jupiter
- Features an on-site specialized outpatient surgery center for children and adults
Responsibilities
- Develop a full scope of practice with a built-in referral pattern
- Help guide decisions regarding the selection and acquisition of new Neurotology dedicated equipment
Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary, plus uncapped production-based earning potential during the defined timeline leading to Senior Physician Partner
