Student​/Youth Pastor

Generation Church is a growing and expanding church in Jupiter, Florida, seeking a passionate, experienced, and Christ-centered Student Pastor to lead and oversee ministry for middle school and high school students.

This role provides leadership, and pastoral oversight to all aspects of student ministry while building healthy teams, engaging families, and creating environments where students can grow in their faith and relationships.

We are looking for a driven, youth pastor with excellent communication skills who is a spiritual leader to a growing group of middle and high school students.

• Lead and oversee all aspects of middle school and high school ministry
• Develop and execute a clear vision and strategy for student ministry
• Plan and lead weekly student services, events, and special gatherings
• Teach and communicate biblical truth in a relevant and engaging way
• Recruit, train, and lead volunteers and student leaders
• Build strong relationships with students and their families
• Provide pastoral care, encouragement, and spiritual guidance to students
• Create a welcoming, fun, and spiritually healthy ministry environment
• Partner with church staff to ensure alignment with the mission and culture of Generation Church
• Oversee ministry communication, planning, and administrative follow-through

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of successful youth ministry experience required
• Strong Christian faith and a lifestyle that reflects biblical leadership
• Proven ability to lead, grow, and disciple students and teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High character, integrity, and emotional maturity
• Organized, dependable, and able to lead with excellence
