Job Title: Sterile Compounding Pharmacist

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Pay Rate: $70.00/per hour

Schedule &

Hours:

• Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleanroom operations, including sterile compounding and labeling processes
• Supervise and support compounding technicians during sterile admixture preparation
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, batch records, and state/federal regulations
• Perform pre- and post-compounding quality and operational checks
• Review and approve batch records prior to product release
• Maintain accurate documentation and controlled substance logs
• Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage real-time inventory of finished products
• Promote a positive, compliant, and collaborative work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• Active Florida Pharmacist License
• Sterile compounding experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
