Key Responsibilities Oversee daily cleanroom operations, including sterile compounding and labeling processes Supervise and support compounding technicians during sterile admixture preparation Ensure compliance with SOPs, batch records, and state/federal regulations Perform pre- and post-compounding quality and operational checks Review and approve batch records prior to product release Maintain accurate documentation and controlled substance logs Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage real-time inventory of finished products Promote a positive, compliant, and collaborative work environment Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy Active

Florida Pharmacist License Sterile compounding experience preferred Strong attention to detail and leadership skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
