Dev Ops Engineer With Jenkins

Dev Ops Engineer with Jenkins experience and a passion for automation, quality and a lean/agile approach.

The successful candidate will work closely with other automation engineers, operations, and developers to port our Jenkins pipeline and further mature the pipeline to production.

Excellent troubleshooting skills with a no-quit attitude to finding the cause of problems and recommending/taking corrective action.

Experience building, deploying, operating, and monitoring large-scale transactional systems and custom software solutions.

Experience automating software configuration and deployment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrates a passion for quality.

Ability to work independently and be self-driven.

At least three years' experience in build automation, including continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline.

Total of 5+ years of experience in the industry.

• SVN and GIT/Bit Bucket and artifact repositories (such as Artifactory or Nexus)
• Junit/nUnit/MSBuild
• Java
• SQL Server and/or Oracle
• Tomcat

• UNIX shell scripting language such as Bash, Ruby, Perl, and Python; as well as Windows scripting
• Strong grasp of Application monitoring tools
• Experience with Microservices and/or event-driven architecture.
• Experience using containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes etc.)
