💼 Compensation
💲 Salary Range: $60,000–$75,000 (depending on experience)
🔎 About the Role
You’ll support a busy litigation team with responsibilities including:
- Drafting, formatting & proofreading litigation documents
- E‑filing in State, Circuit, and Federal courts
- Managing case files (electronic & paper)
- Trial prep—exhibits, notebooks, witness coordination
- Calendaring, scheduling, billing & time entry
- Client, court, and internal communication
- Coordinating conflict checks, case openings & administrative support
🎯 What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills
- Knowledge of litigation procedures & court requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with iManage
- Florida Notary Public
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and follow‑through
