✨ Litigation Legal Assistant – Jupiter, FL ✨

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly regarded Florida law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join its Jupiter office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys supporting a busy litigation team and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace.

About the Role:

In this position, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals. The role involves preparing and formatting legal documents, coordinating filings, managing case files, assisting with trial preparation, and serving as a key point of contact for clients, courts, and internal teams. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy a fast‑paced environment, take initiative, and consistently produce accurate, high-quality work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Draft, proofread, and format a wide range of litigation documents
  • Coordinate multi‑document filings, including electronic filing in various courts
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical case files
  • Handle scheduling, calendaring, dictation, time entry, and billing support
  • Collaborate with internal departments on case openings, conflicts, billing, and records
  • Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
  • Create trial notebooks, manage exhibits, schedule witnesses, and coordinate with court staff
  • Process expenses, reimbursements, and client billing tasks
  • Manage calendars, appointments, calls, correspondence, and email communication
  • Provide exceptional client service and consistently deliver accurate, timely work

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of litigation procedures, terminology, and court processes
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to support multiple attorneys independently
  • Proficiency with legal office technology, including document management systems and advanced Word/Office applications
  • Experience with case management systems is a plus

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal environment
  • Florida Notary required
