Raytheon - - - Responsibilities:
Perform non-destructive inspections using methods such as Fluorescent Penetrant (FPI), Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, and Eddy Current;
Clean, process, and inspect aircraft components in accordance with customer specifications, airworthiness directives, FAA/JAA requirements, manufacturer CMMs, and internal operating procedures;
Set up/calibrate, operate, monitor, and adjust NDT equipment and process media to ensure valid and repeatable inspection results;
Interpret inspection results, identify structural or material defects, document findings, and complete required inspection records and test reports;
Maintain proper segregation, identification, and traceability of components throughout the inspection process
