The Aftermarket Operations team is looking for an Operations Cell Leader for the Geared Turbo Fan Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (GTF MRO) line operating in West Palm Beach (WPB) supporting the PW1100G-JM commercial engine. This role will be responsible for supporting the induction and tear down of engines. The selected individual will lead a team of bargaining unit hourly employees who are responsible for supporting the various areas of the GTF engines overhauled in WPB.

The selected candidate will also be expected to effectively provide clear communication to leadership, peers, and subordinates. Competencies that are critical for success in this role are Customer Focus, Adaptability, Strategic Thinking, and Communication. The individual must embrace continuous improvement and be able to thrive in a highly visible, dynamic setting.

This role reports to the Operations Manager and will be supporting 2nd operations. Typical working hours are 3:00PM – 12:00AM, Monday – Friday. Training is available and may be required on our 1st shift for up to 3 months.

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
