CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) - 4x10 Day Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 4x10 hours from 06:30 to 17:00. Call required 10-12 days per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CVOR RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience and skills in cardiovascular operating room nursing. This role involves taking on-call shifts regularly as part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries.
• Administer medications and manage patient care pre, intra, and post-operatively.
• Collaborate with the surgical team and provide support during procedures.
• Utilize advanced monitoring and charting systems, preferably Epic.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid Florida or compact RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiovascular operating room nursing.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS are required.
• Must have experience with CVOR procedures including but not limited to:
  Aortic Aneurysm repair, CABG, and TAVR.
• Epic charting experience is preferred.
