What You'll Do as an RN:

• Patient Care:
  Provide high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care as a field RN to geriatric patients in their home.
• Care Planning:
  Implement effective plans of care to improve patient outcomes and safety.
• Timely Documentation:
  Complete clinical notes and assessments efficiently with a clinical team that helps you get it right.

  Work alongside a supportive team of therapists, the DON, and dedicated office staff to deliver coordinated, outstanding patient care.

What You Need:

• License:
  Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License (or valid Compact License).
• Certification:
  Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Transportation:
  Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Software:
  Kinnser/Well Sky experience is a major plus!
