Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication
• Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed
• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, disease management, and prevention strategies
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

Requirements:

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Experience:
  
  0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with willingness to learn and grow with our organization
• Certifications:
  
  Current Florida RN license, CPR certification, and other certifications as required by the state of Florida
