Security Officer Armed Part Time Field Patrol

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Officer for part-time field patrol in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor premises, and respond to alarms and incidents to protect people and property. Duties include enforcing access control, observing and reporting suspicious activity, writing clear incident reports, and providing professional customer service. Responsibilities

• Conduct armed vehicle and foot patrols across assigned client properties to deter crime and respond to incidents
• Monitor entrances, exits, and critical areas; verify identification and enforce access control procedures
• Respond quickly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity; de escalate situations and contact law enforcement when needed
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports in accordance with company and client standards
• Inspect perimeter, doors, gates, and security equipment to identify safety or security risks
• Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors, and the public while maintaining a visible security presence
• Follow post orders, company policies, and legal guidelines for use of force and weapons handling
• Participate in required firearms, defensive tactics, and site specific training to maintain qualifications
• Communicate effectively via radio, phone, and written reports with supervisors, dispatch, and clients
• Support safety programs, emergency procedures, and incident drills as directed by site leadership
