Security Guard Armed Clinical Driver

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Guard / Clinical Driver to protect healthcare facilities, staff, and patients while safely transporting people, specimens, or sensitive materials. In this role, you will conduct patrols, monitor entrances, enforce access control, and respond to alarms or incidents with professionalism and sound judgment. You will also operate company or client vehicles on scheduled routes, ensuring secure, timely transport and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Protect healthcare facilities, staff, patients, and visitors through visible armed security presence
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols, monitor entrances, and enforce access control procedures
• Operate company or client vehicles to transport patients, specimens, or sensitive materials
• Ensure safe, compliant driving and timely completion of assigned routes
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and follow established post orders
• Document activities, incidents, and transport details accurately and promptly
• Communicate with dispatch, clinical staff, and supervisors via radio or phone
• Follow all firearms, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Support a culture of safety, vigilance, and customer service
