What You Will Do

• Contribute to the design, development, and testing of software features within our engineering team.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to solve real-world technical challenges using modern development practices.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team stand-ups to gain hands-on experience with Agile workflows.
• Build tools, automate workflows, or improve existing systems to enhance engineering productivity.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues, analyzing root causes, and documenting solutions.

What You Will Learn

• Best practices in software engineering, including clean coding and version control.
• How to work within a large-scale, production-grade codebase.
• Practical experience with our team's tech stack.
• How to communicate and collaborate effectively in a professional engineering environment.
• Exposure to architectural decision-making, system design concepts, and technical tradeoffs.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Fundamental programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).

Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with Git, Git Hub, or similar version control systems.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, or tooling used by the team (we can customize this list).
• Prior internship experience, personal projects, or contributions to open-source software.
