Role OverviewThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading/unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach truck, order picker or other heavy material handling equipment. The Associate can be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping/manifesting, screening and other duties as assigned to ensure the full and efficient operation of the distribution center.
You will perform multiple warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of the distribution center such as receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
Your work schedule will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to midnight, with a weekly pay rate of $19.50 per hour.
Essential Duties And Functions- Receiving, checking, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and storing
- Verify and receive materials into inventory
- Mark and inventory packages for storage or transit
- Work from pick sheet to pull product or supplies
- Check orders against pull sheets
- Use material handling equipment to unload incoming materials from trailers
- Work overtime and weekends as required
- Perform other responsibilities as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment
- Can walk or stand for extended periods of time while wearing steel‑toe or composite‑toe shoes in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
