Logistics 1st Shift Warehouse Team Lead

As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Whether you’re leading a team, engineering processes, or driving projects, your work ensures that our customers’ products are stored, handled, and delivered with precision. You will work Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm and will be paid weekly at $21.00 per hour.

• Make recommendations to improve operations and processes
• Operate material handling equipment
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe
• Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped
• Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations
• Be available to work overtime and weekends

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Forklift operating experience preferred
• Basic technical and math skills
