Position
SUPPLY CHAIN Coordinator / Executive (Shipping/ Japanese Speaking) - Jurong EAST
LocationJurong East (18‑minute walk to Jurong East MRT)
Working Hours5.25 day work week (Monday‑Friday) 9:00am‑5:30pm / alternate Saturdays 9:00am‑1:00pm
SalaryUp to $4200 (commensurate with experience)
Duration6 months contract – Under Search Personnel
IndustryJapanese company – Manufacturer of office machinery and equipment
Responsibilities- Order receipt & processing using software.
- Shipping documents including invoice, packing list, etc.
- Liaising with customer and supplier.
- Co‑ordination with forwarders/transporters/warehouse.
- Daily shipping reports.
- Other documentation on ad hoc basis or as and when required.
- Work in our warehouse/office in @Toh Guan Road East.
- Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in English and business‑level Japanese for liaising with Japanese‑speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of shipping operations and/or supply chain processes is a plus.
