Job Description:

Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including company in corporations, preparation of directors' resolutions, board minutes, and AGM/EGM coordination.

File annual returns, changes in directors/shareholders, and other statutory documents with ACRA via Biz File+, while maintaining statutory registers and minute books.

Perform client onboarding with AML/KYC due diligence, liaise with banks/authorities, and provide administrative support for ad-hoc compliance matters.

Advise on Companies Act compliance, monitor regulatory updates, and assist in building client relationships through proactive servicing.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in business, accountancy, or related field; pursuing ICSA qualification.
1-2 years' experience in corporate secretarial firms, with strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA processes.
Knowledges in Biz File+, Microsoft Office, and client management tools.
