Staff Accountant

AP/AR Accounting Clerk

Location:

Mira Loma, CA – On-Site Pay: $25–$29/hour

Schedule:

8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime as needed

We are seeking an experienced AP/AR Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both domestic and international transactions.

Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Bank reconciliations

Credit card reconciliations

Month-end accounting support

Prepare and post journal entries

General ledger maintenance

Process cash receipts and remittances

Assist with domestic and international transactions

Currency exchange transactions

Calculate and process sales royalties/commissionsE-commerce reporting and accounting supportRMA and debit memo support

Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience

Strong AP/AR and reconciliation experience

Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables Experience  with Quick Books and ERP systems

Strong understanding of general ledger and basic accounting principles

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work overtime as needed
