As a Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and recommending optimal capital structure alternatives and developing a clear roadmap for implementation.
  • Evaluating the company's borrowing capacity and strategizing the effective use of debt to support future growth while focusing on leverage metrics and rating agency implications.
  • Managing financial structures by negotiating and executing financing transactions, which include bank facilities, debt financing, and thorough documentation review.
  • Overseeing the execution of stock repurchase programs, foreign currency hedging, and investment management initiatives.
  • Aligning Treasury strategies with business growth objectives while effectively minimizing risk.
  • Ensuring that global banking needs are adequate to support overall business operations.
  • Developing a comprehensive strategy along with corresponding policies and procedures for the company’s global banking structure.
  • Enhancing operational efficiencies while striving to minimize risk and reduce banking fees.
  • Implementing a routine cash forecasting process by compiling crucial information across the organization and understanding the impact of working capital policies, accounting methods, and capital projections.
  • Creating investment strategies and policies for cash management that ensure operational flexibility and maintenance of capital.
  • Anticipating cash needs and making strategic recommendations to the Executive Staff and Board of Directors regarding debt acquisition, stock sales, or policy changes affecting working capital.
  • Managing the credit and collections processes effectively.
