• Operate double-needle sewing machines to produce consistent, high-quality stitched products
• Set up, thread, and adjust double-needle machines for various fabric types and stitch specifications
• Inspect finished pieces for quality control, ensuring seams meet production standards
• Monitor machine performance and make minor mechanical adjustments as needed
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output and efficiency goals
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety guidelines
• Report equipment malfunctions or material defects to supervisors promptly

• Previous experience operating double-needle or industrial sewing machines preferred
• Ability to read and follow sewing patterns, diagrams, or work orders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality stitch work
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in a production environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude for machine threading, tensioning, and adjustments
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to meet production quotas in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
