Location: Jurupa Valley, CA
Pay Rate: $18.15 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday | 2:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Overtime and weekend hours available as needed

This Packing Associate job in Jurupa Valley is made for people who like to stay busy and build something real. You'll learn fast, move fast, and stack that pay every week.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous packing, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to follow GMP, SQF, USDA, and company safety guidelines
- Support the packing team by pulling, staging, organizing, and casing finished products
- Count, pack, seal, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Verify date codes, weights, and packaging information against production schedules
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements
- Ensure pouches and packaging are properly sealed
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SQF, and USDA guidelines
- Verify equipment is operating properly and report any issues
- Assist team members in completing daily production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
- Frequent lifting, packing, pulling, labeling, and organizing of products
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to work in a production environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
