Registered Nurse (RN) –
Jurupa Hills Post Acute

Employment Type: Part-Time Pay Range: $44.00-$50.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift: PM, Sat/Sun

Jurupa Hills Post Acute is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated care team. • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor, assess, and document residents  conditions, including vital signs
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered nursing care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
