Schedule: Monday-Friday |
Second Shift: 2 PM-10:30 PM | OT on the Weekends as Needed

Quality Control Team Member Requirements:- Previous experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or a production environment preferred.
- Understanding of GMPs, food safety standards, and quality control processes.
- Ability to read, complete, and interpret basic production and quality documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and nonconformance.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with QA and operations teams.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Duties:
- Support food safety and quality assurance checks on production lines to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Conduct basic inspections and identify nonconforming product, including placing items on QA hold when necessary.
- Accurately complete QA hold tags, release documentation, and daily quality records.
- Assist in investigating quality deviations and support root cause analysis and corrective actions under QA leadership.
- Communicate food safety and quality issues to QA and operations management teams.
- Follow GMPs and uphold food safety, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of daily production and quality documentation to prevent repeated errors.
