Security Officer Part Time Perimeter Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, parking facilities, storefront perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel;
Observe and report access concerns, property damage, maintenance issues, and suspicious activity to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol records in accordance with site requirements
