Warehouse Operations Supervisor – ITAD
Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This is a salaried position. Flexibility beyond these hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities and support business demands.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor – ITAD to lead daily warehouse operations while driving safety, productivity, quality, and operational excellence. In this role, you will support the testing and diagnostic evaluation of incoming technology assets for refurbishment, drive efficiency and maintain the highest operational standards.
What You’ll Do- Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, storage, material handling, and the testing and diagnostic evaluation of incoming assets for refurbishment.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.
- Plan and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to optimize workflow, warehouse capacity, and on‑time delivery.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and established inventory control procedures.
- Ensure materials and technology assets are accurately received, tested, stored, picked, packed, and shipped according to company standards.
- Maintain compliance with warehouse safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, space utilization, labor efficiency, operational performance, and refurbishment workflows.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues while serving as the primary escalation point for warehouse associates.
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, diagnostic throughput, and shipping performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure warehouse equipment, facilities, testing stations, and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and organized condition.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution center, logistics, supply chain, or IT asset disposition (ITAD) experience, including at least 3 years in warehouse operations and 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience leading warehouse teams in high‑volume, fast‑paced distribution, fulfillment, refurbishment, or reverse logistics environments.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, material flow processes, and quality standards.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate frontline employees while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple operational demands.
- Experience driving process improvements that increase productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to make sound decisions, resolve operational challenges, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for training.

Compensation and BenefitsThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD 72700.00 – 116300.00 per year, subject to location, pay grade, and variable compensation. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible for merit increases, annual bonuses or sales incentives, and long‑term incentives.
