The Cross-Functional Turret Equipment Operator plays a critical role in safely and efficiently operating multiple types of complex equipment within the distribution center. This cross-functional position supports material flow, inventory accuracy, and overall productivity across several warehouse departments.

Pay Rate: $24.50/hr.

Shift

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM; must be able to work OT when needed

• Operate advanced material handling equipment, including turret trucks, cherry pickers, automated robots, reach trucks, double electric pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
• Safely load, unload, transport, and stock materials throughout the facility
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues following all safety protocols, including OSHA standards and LO/TO procedures
• Support inventory control through accurate counting, recording, and organization of stock
• Maintain damage-free, accurate equipment operation to reduce errors and incidents
• Follow standardized processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform cross-functional tasks such as case picking, shuttles, loading, and receiving

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience operating a Turret, Cherry Picker, and a Double Electric Pallet Jack or ability to obtain internal certifications
• Strong performance history in attendance, safety, and behavior
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Excellent problem-solving
  , attention to detail, and communication skills
• Proficient record-keeping abilities
• Flexible availability to support business needs

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Adaptability to multiple types of equipment and warehouse systems

This role is essential to maintaining safe, efficient, and accurate operations within the distribution center. You'll work with advanced equipment, support multiple departments, and contribute to a high-performance environment focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
