Raichan Logistics Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our Mira Loma, CA facility. This full-time position offers $75,000–$85,000 per year
. We are looking for a hands‑on leader who can manage daily operations, improve productivity, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations.
- Lead and develop warehouse teams.
- Manage shipping and receiving activities.
- Monitor productivity and operational KPIs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and workflow.
- Enforce safety and quality standards.
- 4+ years of warehouse operations experience.
- 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes.
- Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- High-volume distribution experience.
- Lean or continuous improvement knowledge.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Experience managing operational KPIs.
