Ingram Micro is seeking an Associate II, Logistics for the Pick Module department to join our high-performing team in our distribution center in Eastvale, CA.
Monday through Friday with required overtime based on business needs.

Level II associates support warehouse operations by performing basic functions that enable order processing and product replenishment. Responsibilities include tasks such as repack picking, stocking/replenishment, shipping preparation (small parcel and LTL), and inventory support functions. All activities are performed in accordance with documented processes and procedures to ensure the accurate receipt, handling, and shipment of product. This role requires the use of handheld devices or computer systems and may involve manual material handling equipment.
What You'll Do:- Locating products using technology, including handheld devices.
- Retrieving orders according to specified quantity, size, and quality requirements.
- Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation
- Material handling of new or transferred merchandise and maintains products into inventoried locations in an organized manner to facilitate production needs, inventory accuracy, and shipping processes.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and perform tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Reliability: Demonstrates consistent dependability by maintaining regular and punctual attendance arriving prepared to work, following through on assigned responsibilities and completing tasks accurately and within established timelines.
- Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills and willingness to support team objectives.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changes in priorities and workload.
- 1-2 years of related experience required.
- Ability to learn company systems, processes, and quality standards.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday in accordance with company safety guidelines.
