We are seeking a Special Education Teacher dedicated to providing high-quality instructional support for K–2 students. This role includes para support and a team that values partnership, communication, and student-centered service.
What You’ll Do- Provide individualized instruction and support for K–2 students in a resource setting
- Collaborate with general education teachers to reinforce student success
- Participate in planning and implementation of student programs
- Support IEP goals through targeted instruction, tutorials, and consultation
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented school culture
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Valid state teaching certificate
- Endorsement in Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1 preferred)
- Early Childhood Special Education approval accepted
- Experience working in a classroom or teaching environment
- CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray per state guidelines
- Current health certificate as required
- Meets all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
