RHP Properties, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician for Sterling Estates in Justice, IL. The role covers general grounds and lawn maintenance, plus basic repairs to homes owned by the community, for 40 hours per week.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical,HVAC and carpentry. You may need to provide your own tools and be on-call as needed.
