People Share is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Quality Control Associate for a leading distribution and manufacturing facility in Woodridge, IL. As a Warehouse Quality Control Associate, you will help ensure products meet company quality standards while supporting order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

• Inspect products for quality, defects, and damage
• Review and process returned merchandise
• Document inspection findings and identify quality concerns
• Investigate product issues and support resolution efforts
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders as needed
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Communicate findings and updates with internal teams
• Operate hand tools safely when needed for product inspection or assembly
• Support multiple warehouse departments as business needs require
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company quality and safety procedures

• 2+ years of warehouse, quality control, inventory, or inspection experience
• Experience identifying product defects and quality issues
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Experience using RF scanners preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off
