We are seeking an Agency Manager / Sales Development Manager (SDM) to lead and develop a team within the Agency Channel . The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales, responsible for recruiting, training, and guiding a team of Financial Advisors to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities Recruit and develop a team of Financial Advisors.
Train, motivate, and guide the team to effectively sell products.
Provide timely product knowledge and conduct frequent training activities for better understanding.
Drive business generation through the team of Financial Advisors.
Required Candidate Profile A background in sales is required, with experience from sectors such as BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG .
