Field Sales Executive

The Solar Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar photovoltaic (PV) systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities   Install, assemble, and maintain solar PV panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting systems
Perform site inspections and system testing before and after installation
Diagnose and repair system faults, electrical issues, and performance problems
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system upgrades
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and documentation
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and clients as required
Follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines at all times

Required Qualifications   Diploma / ITI / Certification in Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related field
Proven experience in solar PV installation or electrical work
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and tools
Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings
Willingness to work at heights and outdoor sites
Skills & Competencies   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical fitness for fieldwork
Time management and reliability

Preferred Qualifications   Solar installation certification (e.g., PV Technician Certification)

Experience with rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems
Knowledge of inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems
Working Conditions   Field-based role with exposure to outdoor environments
May require travel to project sites
