What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing client communication — emails, calls, scheduling, follow-ups.
  • Keeping tabs on inventory, warehouse flow, and ensuring items are where they’re supposed to be.
  • Supporting project managers with coordination, logistics, and documentation.
  • Helping create systems and processes that actually make sense.
  • Jumping into whatever needs doing — because something always needs doing.
What You Bring
  • Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and human.
  • Solid organizational instincts — notice what’s off and fix it.
  • Tech comfort — navigate software, systems, and spreadsheets without fear.
