$20-25/Hour (Commensurate with experience)

What You'll Do- Provides clerical and administrative support to the Construction Management team on active projects
- Manages and maintains project files and records
- Performs data entry and document preparation using Microsoft Office
- Handles day-to-day office tasks (calls, emails, scanning, filing, coordination)
- Requires strong organization and communication
- High school diploma and experience in administrative, customer service, or project support roles
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital filing systems
- Dependable, professional, and eager to learn and support Construction Management operations
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
