Salary: $4,040 to $5,112 per month (SR-12, Step C to I)

Responsibilities- Supervises, through one or more full or working subordinate supervisors, and has overall responsibility for two or more groups of subordinates performing moderately complex clerical work (Office Assistant II).
- Serves as the immediate supervisor of a group of subordinates performing journey level clerical work (Office Assistant III), handling independent complex clerical assignments requiring judgment.
- Serves as the immediate supervisor of a group of subordinates performing journey level clerical work (Office Assistant III), handling independent complex clerical assignments requiring judgment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Legal Authorization to Work
:
Citizens, nationals, permanent resident aliens of the U.S., or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the U.S. - General Clerical Experience
: 3-1/2 years of responsible work experience involving independently performing a variety of clerical tasks and knowing office procedures and office equipment. - Non‑Qualifying Experience
:
Experience limited to simple and repetitious clerical work not considered qualifying. - Supervisory Aptitude
:
Demonstrated aptitude or potential for supervisory duties through assignments or training. - Substitutions Allowed
