Learn and perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, tire repairs, and filter replacements;
Provide excellent guest service and communicate clearly with guests about vehicle needs;
Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional services;
Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations and maintain safety policies;
Perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
