You're not looking for a job where you spend your day updating spreadsheets from a cubicle.

You want to be where the action is.

Where plans become highways. Where drawings become infrastructure. Where every project leaves a lasting impact on the communities you call home.

At Alpha Inc., Project Engineers don't just support projects—they become future Project Managers, Builders, and Leaders.

Who We Are

Alpha Inc. is one of Hawai?i's leading heavy civil construction, drilling, renewable energy, concrete, crane, and infrastructure companies.

We're building the roads people drive every day.
The renewable energy systems powering tomorrow.
The infrastructure our islands depend on.

More importantly...

We're building careers.

Everything we do is guided by three core values:

Lead with Heart

We care about our people first. Safety, respect, humility, and doing the right thing always come before profits.

Strength in Unity

The best projects happen when great people work together. We believe collaboration beats ego every single time.

We attack challenges, own our outcomes, solve problems, and constantly look for better ways to build.

If these values sound like the kind of team you want to be part of—you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

This is not an "assistant" role.

This is your launch pad into project leadership.

You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen while gaining hands‑on experience managing every phase of heavy civil construction.

You'll help drive successful projects by:

  • Participate in JHA/AHA planning and field walkthroughs.
  • Help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Alpha's high standards.
Grow Into Leadership

As your experience grows, so will your responsibilities.

You'll begin owning scopes of work, leading coordination efforts, mentoring newer team members, and preparing for future Project Management opportunities.
