Location:
Multiple locations across Hawaii.


* This is not a remote position.

Compensation:

$60,000–$90,000 per year + applicable performance bonus

Depending on experience, location, and responsibilities.

About the Role:

For one of our clients, a leading company in the USA, we are hiring a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for an on-site position in Hawaii.

You will assist customers, answer questions, resolve service issues, maintain accurate records, and help provide a positive customer experience. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through assigned service channels
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and customer requests
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and elevate complex issues when necessary
  • Process service requests, account updates, orders, payments, or documentation as applicable
  • Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Coordinate with operations and other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Follow service standards, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
  • Maintain professional communication and contribute to customer satisfaction targets

Your Profile

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, front desk, or administrative support is preferred but not required
  • Clear verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills
  • Organized and able to manage several customer requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, service-oriented, and comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
